What should I expect from my first treatment?
An initial session can take up to 90 minutes as it includes a comprehensive medical & lifestyle consultation. The Clients health & wellbeing goals will be identified before a full investigatory reflexology treatment is then given. From this, a bespoke treatment plan will be created for the following session to target concerns. Follow up appointments last 60 minutes. -

What actually happens?
What actually happens?
You are invited to take off your socks and shoes and make yourself comfortable on the therapy bed. Your feet are refreshed before visual & tactile observations are noted. You will then be asked to take a few deep breaths to signal the start of the treatment. Client led pressure will be used throughout the treatment & as such the tickly sensation you may expect to feel will not be apparent. For some, the first session can feel unusual but most are hooked by session 2! -

Can anyone have reflexology?
There are specific conditions that are not suitable for reflexology. These include infectious diseases, an unstable heart condition (unless working as part of a cardiac team) & thrombosis/DVT. In the consultation any concerns can be discussed. As part of her Level 5 qualification, Sarah is trained to treat clients during all pregnancy trimesters.
