The group size for the men’s only Ribble Valley Ride Retreat and the women’s only Country Chic & Christmas Sanctuary will be capped at 10 to ensure that Sarah can give a personalised and bespoke experience. Eight couples are invited to join the Fertility Feet Retreat. -

All rooms are single occupancy to give participants the space and privacy that is required to get the most out of the retreat experience. There is one shared room booking option offered at a reduced cost. -

Yes. All dietary & allergy information will be collated after booking and will influence the menu for the retreat. -

All diets will be catered for with the emphasis being locally sourced meats & fish, organic where possible, wholesome, nutrient rich, mood boosting foods. There is a fine dining experience offered on one evening per retreat. -

No. Wine & beer will be served with dinner and is included in the retreat cost. A modest pay as you go bar will be open at designated times throughout the weekend. -

Retreat arrival is 10am on day one, apart from the Ribble Valley Ride which is 9am. Departure is by 4pm on day three -

Walking boots, wellies, trainers, a rucksack, waterproofs, loose fitting clothes or gym wear for movement workshops, swimwear, evening wear for the fine dining experience. -
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT AND WHEN IS THE BALANCE DUE?

There is a non-refundable deposit of £500. Payment can be made in full or with a £500 deposit, followed by 3 even monthly instalments. All balances are due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
